President-Elect Barack Obama looks fit and relaxed during a vacation to Hawaii on Dec. 22. Obama, 47, played golf and walked around shirtless on Hawaii's balmy beaches.

The Obama family is staying at a $9 million oceanfront home over the mountain from downtown Honolulu, where Barack grew up. The five-bedroom house sits on an acre of land in front of Kailua Beach, a favorite spot for windsurfers, kayakers and dogwalkers.

Obama, who is resting before he takes office Jan. 20, is said to be a fitness fanatic, letting nothing keep him from his six-day-a-week regimen. Exercise, Obama says, keeps him focused and relaxed. "The main reason I do it is just to clear my head and relieve me of stress," he recently told Men's Health magazine. "My blood pressure is pretty low and I tend to be a healthy eater."

The former U.S. Senator, who has kept up an insanely hectic schedule since he hit the campaign trail in 2006, prefers early-morning workouts. "Most of my workouts have to come before my day starts. There's always a trade-off between sleep and working out. Usually I get in about 45 minutes, six days a week. I'll lift [weights] one day, do cardio the next. "I wish I was getting a 90-minute workout," he added.

Obama's favorite snack is Planters Trail Mix, consisting of nuts, seeds and raisins, washed down with organic berry tea. His vices include smoked sea-salt caramels in milk chocolate.

Huang Porn: Huang was detained by police on suspicion of disseminating pornographic materials

SHANGHAI police have taken into custody a man alleged to have filmed a 12-minute sex video that caused a storm after it was circulated online and downloaded by hundreds of thousands of people, the city's public security bureau yesterday said.

The man was detained about two months after the explicit video was first uploaded.

The video became one of the most popular downloads in China's mainland.

The video was tagged "Kappa girl at Shanghai No. 1 Department Store's east building," because it featured a woman who worked in the Italian sportswear brand Kappa's shop. She was fired from the store after fascinated Netizens tracked down her personal information and flocked to the store.

The suspect is a local resident surnamed Huang. Police said he was now in criminal custody for allegedly spreading pornographic content.

Police allege Huang filmed the video clip and sent it to a colleague, surnamed Wang. Huang also uploaded screen captures of the video to his QQ space, police said.

Netizens were then able to download the video as well as its screen captures, both of which were deemed pornographic by the authorities.

Officers said tens of thousands of people had keyed in search terms related to the girl and the explicit video every day since November.

After she was fired, the girl set up a blog to turn her newfound fame into profit, offering advertising space and interviews in exchange for cash.

Officers said some Netizens are still uploading the video, although they are trying to stop it from spreading.

Another Netizen, also °?suspected of spreading the video, has been tracked down to Hubei Province, police said. His name has been passed to Hubei police.

Rock of Love Charm School: Season Finale Recap

A season's worth of trashy women trying to learn proper manners comes to a close with the season finale of Rock of Love Charm School. Destiney Moore, Brandi M. and Lacey Conner remain, but only one can be the Charm School champion.

The final lesson is about charity. Lacey is comfortable because she comes from a wealthy family and does a lot of charity work, Meanwhile, Destiney and Brandi M. both grew up on welfare. Each girl must set up a booth to ask people on the street for charitable donations, and the highest total gets immunity.

The twist is that Sharon brings in the girls' arch-nemeses to help them, so Lacey works with Heather, Brandi M. works with Megan, and Destiney works with Brandi C. It's a recipe for disaster, mostly for the show's editors because Megan and Heather are both a light breeze away from exposing their nipples.

Brandi C. wants to use her hotness for the greater good while Heather is surprisingly willing to help Lacey. Megan, however, plans to sabotage Brandi M. with a fairly detailed three-part plan. First she has people leave donated items on the ground, then she puts some of the donated items in Lacey's box, and finally she only tries to have people donate the cheapest items. I'm glad to see Rock of Love Charm School hasn't changed her at all.

Lacey adopts the unusual approach of yelling at people who don't want to donate. Brandi C. is only slightly nicer about it, telling people, “If you don't give, it's bad karma and you'll be ugly for the rest of your life.”

After Riki Rachtman makes a joke about the girls working on Hollywood Boulevard for 90 minutes in hooker outfits, the totals are revealed. In spite of Megan's best efforts to sabotage, Brandi M. wins by a decent margin, and Megan is visibly disappointed that her team won despite the fact that she spent most of her time collecting 53 pens totaling $2.65 of a more than $120 total.

Rock of Love Charm School Elimination Time #1! Riki is furious that Lacey yelled at people, but Lacey has no regrets yelling at those “heartless a**holes” who didn't donate. Sharon, however, understands where Lacey was coming from. Regardless, Sharon expels Lacey.

The next day, the final two are invited to Sharon's house for lunch. Since I've seen The Osbournes, I don't see how this well test their etiquette skills since that family is a disgusting trainwreck when it comes to proper manners. Their house is on the beach, and while the Osbournes don't really use it, Sharon admits that Jack uses it as his “love den.” That's almost as bad as showing naked baby pictures.

The lunch is less about Destiney and Brandi M., and more about Sharon's journey to success. Sharon asks them to both write a speech about why they should win. The girls and Sharon all stress out accompanied by montages of their strongest moments. They get nice evening gowns for the finale, Brandi M. in red, Destiney in black.

Rock of Love Charm School Final Elimination! The judges have nothing but praise for both of the finalists. Destiney's speech is emotional, mostly about how her father's death made her want to change and be a better person. Brandi M.'s speech is about how she's no longer a burping, farting, puking stripper and porn star because she has a newfound respect for herself. Halfay through, she rips up her speech and speaks from the heart.

In the end, Sharon Osbourne picks a winner, and the winner of Rock of Love Charm School is...BRANDI M!

She wins a Charm School dilpoma and, more importantly, $100,000. There are tears and happiness, and it's a nice moment. Destiney gets a nice parting gift when judge Daniella Clark offers her an internship for her design company.


Rock of Love Charm School may be over, but 2009 will have plenty more great trashy VH1 reality shows. In two weeks, we get the reunion special, with the much talked about Sharon Osbourne-Megan Hauserman smackdown. Also in two weeks, Bret Michaels takes another stab at finding true love in the third season of Rock of Love which takes place on his tour bus.

Then on January 11, it's the premiere of Tool Academy, a male version of Charm School that takes a group of extremely douchebaggy guys and tries to turn them into sophisticated men. And if that's not enough for you, season 2 of I Love Money premieres in February. That's one heck of a way to ring in the new year.
